I'm beginning to think the resin I've been using may be the issue. Tried a large surface area print with a different brand of resin and it came out great when printed flat on the build plate. I've tried supports, but only medium ones. I will try heavy. Also will try an angle.
I have used a heat gun to remove difficult prints. Heat the non print side to 130-150 degrees and it comes off easily.
It happens with many large prints, not just one.
