Rubbing on travel move

Do you use anything under "Retraction" and "Retraction Vertical Lift" ?
I have on one print, Cura literally drags across and knocks over the support material
Trying on S3D and it's not nearly as bad, but on the last section where it travels back across, it's dragging the nozzle a bit.
I'm wondering if that setting would act like Z-Hop and lower the Z slightly to ensure the nozzle clears the object
I was thinking of setting it to 0.20 or 0.40
("only retract when crossing open spaces" is disabled on the Advanced tab)
