Elephant Foot

Hi. I have an odd issue. I have a Anycubic Kobra 2 Pro. Just recently, when printing with PLA I started seeing Elephant Foot. The printer has auto leveling and I reran that and cleaned the print bed. It seems also like the 1st layer is very thin. On a test cube, the first layer sometimes stays with the print bed.

My settings are:
Bed Temp: 60
Nozzle temp: 200
1st layer height: .2 also tried .24
1st layer speed: 30

I lowered the bed temp a bit, but that didn't really help and caused some adhesion issues and curling.

I shouldn't have to tweak the z offset, but I did, .1mm either way and no improvement - some worsening, as one would expect.
Same with different brands of PLA.

Any thoughts or suggestions will be appreciated.

On My Anycubic Kobra 3 I had to reset to factory defaults.
My Kobra configuration got messed up and this was the only thing I could find to correct it.

I now know could have fine tuned the Z-Offset through the slicer. One day may discover how to fine tune on the printer itself.

How to Fine-Tune Z-Offset on a 3D Printer.

I also note that using Anycubic slicer next that these stock settings suggested could cause Elephant Foot

Thanks for the response. My settings still look factory, but I should try a reset.

fyi, The only way I've found to adjust the Z-offset on the printer itself is to start a print. It's only there that I've been offered a chance to change the Z-offset. That change seems to hold until the next time I level the bed.
