Hi,
I printed this in 2 halves to start and the sides that join were nowhere near straight. So I squeezed it in to one piece and produced this. It's printed on Elegoo Mars 3 and pretty happy with smaller scales but this (attached) is unusable. The supports seem to have given way and the side slumped. As I write this I'm thinking maybe bigger supports? Also I'm using Elegoo water washable resin - is it as good as regular resin?
Cheers all

Re: Wrinkles
When printing smaller scale car bodies I orientate them flat with no tilt whatsoever and generally get a good finish. I'll give that a try - if it fits!

Re: Wrinkles
I don't have the model so I'm only guessing.
I think the problem could be the sides (doors etc.) are too thin and are moving around during printing.
Perhaps you could add supports on the inside of the doors to stabilise them.
Also the supports look small, try larger ones.

Re: Wrinkles
Hi Lez, thanks for observations. I've had instances where the sides are too thin but usually when I scale down. These doors are a fairly decent thickness. Have a look at the latest results with updated orientation and medium supports. It's pretty close but still no prize! The doors are in fact still a little warped on one side but definitely better with the changes. I might have one more crack at it with heavy support.

Re: Wrinkles
It doesn't look like you have supports on the insides of the doors. Try adding them, but make sure they connect with each other to hold the doors in position.

Lez, many thanks for your help. I've went for 'heavy' supports and it turned out beautifully! Even the doors and sides are beautifully straight compared to the previous attempt. And, as a bonus, it printed without a tilt which is a big time saver!
