I literally JUST setup my new printer and printed the obligatory "Hello World" type objects from the flash drive they included. The drive also has a copy of CURA 4.8.xx. The Neptune 4 Pro printer is supported under the Non-Network printer options. HOW do I connect Cura to the printer via network, though? Or am I stuck with sneaker netting print jobs to the printer? The printer IS on the network and I can ping it from my PC.
Also, I downloaded a STL file from THnkgiverse.com website. In CURA I opened the file and then created a .gcode file but when I printed the object it was defected. This was my first try at any of this and I did go into it blindly. What can I do to become more familiar with what I need to do to create accurate .gcode files from STL drawings? Are there any tutorials for using CURA like this?

Hi
It sounds like you are really, really new to 3D printing
USB / SD card (sneaker net) is perfect fine for 3D printing
