New to forum, custom PC Case Questions

I'm in the process of planning a custom Micro ATX PC build for my brother, and I want to make it pretty cursed.
I'm trying to see if I can make the PC Case look like Kirby with human feet... He has a small 3D printed one .
I drew up a crude example of what I'm looking at doing, it doesn't have to be that exact layout. (The back where the I/O is would be flattened inward)
I'm running into is a few questions...
1. No one can print this in one piece. Understandable... it's relatively big. I can probably downscale it a bit by going to Mini-ITX, but not by a lot.
2. Will a 3D printed case like this be strong enough to hold the PC components especially if the case is printed in multiple parts?
3. Will it be able to stand up to the heat created by the PC?
4. If 3D printing isn't an option.... what is?
Any advice on this would be very much appreciated.
