I recently purchased a Sovol Svo4 Printer. I like pretty much everything about it, except that it has single gear extruders that are made almost completely out of plastic that have very loose tolerances.
What I want to know is, are there replacement dual gear, all metal extruders available for this printer?

Re: Sovol Svo4 Extruder upgrade
That's an interesting x rail. I have a generic machine (Newereal M18-S) that uses the same sized aluminum gantry. Being cheap, the hotend is an awful direct drive setup that doesn't have any adjustment for tension against the filament. As a result, it likes to clog a lot to the point it's simply unreliable.
I've been searching for a mod to get something like a Bondtech/E3D combination on there instead. Then the trick is to find something with a good part cooling fan and BL Touch mount.
I looked around and found some Sovol stuff, but not to that model. Would it work?
