3D Services ISSUES

We recently started making some difficult parts for our projects 3D printed. We purchased a small Perusa printer for in house prototyping but for product stuff use outside services. The last several parts we got are terrible quality compared to things we used to get. These are FDM printed with PETG. Sometimes we have bumps and where we called for recessed text it looks like the is.
And in the image below, the one on the left is the one we had printed at a 3D print shop and the one on the right is the one we did on our little printer in house.
Not sure what they're doing wrong but they 'reprinted the parts without any improvement we could see.
Any and all help would be greatly appreciated.
