As previously posted I too get this "Sorry but the board is temporarily unavailable, please try again in a few minutes." message.
Though It has only slowed my entry and not halted my forum use.

So just touching back on this thread...
The amount of posts and discussions have dropped sharply since summer.
Any ideas?

My take on this is that 3D printer have now become a commodity rather than a "work in progress". Just saying that people no longer tinker with the machines and processes and just print. The idea of building your own machine and fiddling with it is no longer needed/wanted.
Therefore, fewer people desire to communicate and share ideas and problems. This is a shame as I for one enjoy the idea of reworking and trying new stuff. An analogy as a kid that grew up in the 40s/50s is the hot rod scene. It was a mostly do it yourself thing to produce your prize expression; however you rarely see that today.
Just my $1 worth (inflation you know:})

I like learning and feel have gained lots of valuable 3D Printer information here, and for one would like to see it continue forward.
Though do under stand if this is not the case,
I have been watching posts on
redit . Though this is more of a serial feed example "Facebook".
And is hard to search information of specific origins that I can see.
I know that 3D Printer posts are still out there, can not say why they are not being posted here or other forums.
I am going to start posting more to what ever forum's still exists, know have been absent for a while on posting.
Though want to convert what was going to be my CoreXY into a engraver going forward and want another Anycubic Kobra 3 combo? Printer.

Yes, you guys make a good point....its hard for forums to compete with the socials.
I'm active on those, Reddit and such.

If we need to shut down well OK!
I still would hate to see it gone, though it would be nice for this valuable information on your site to be accessible somehow.
I know that I'm a member of 4 3d Printer forum's though they are slowing down in posts.
And I view what ever
https://old.reddit.com/r/3Dprinting/ and
https://www.reddit.com/r/3Dprinting/ are.
The latter is running full force though it is difficult to find specific information for me anyway as do not know how to use Redit that well.
