Re: High Performance HTPLA
Hi LaPaul,
Yes I have tested the Aromatic Coffee, it was a nice filament to print with and my wife liked it as it smells like roasting coffee, there is a method of heat treating it after printing which entailed using the oven It changes colour slightly as it tempers, it turns slightly lighter. I've not done any breaking tests or high temperature creep testing with them though.
I have some more of the Aromatic Coffee and the Aeromatic Pine to test for GlobalFSD as I'm a tester for them although I have to do an initial print of a new filament with my wife present as I have almost no sence of smell or taste

Re: High Performance HTPLA
I've grabbed some of my test robots,
1) Rigid.ink ABS
2) ColorFabb PLA/PHA Red
3) Faberdashery PLA Jade Green
4) Aromatic Coffee HTPLA
5) Aromatic Coffee HTPLA heat treated.
All dimensions in mm-----(1)-----(2)-----(3)-----(4)-----(5)
Height to top of head:- 31.52. 31.88. 32.00. 31.70. 33.00
Head depth:--------------13.40. 13.43. 13.43. 13.45. 12.95
Head width:--------------15.20. 15.30. 15.25. 15.27. 14.70
Chest depth:-------------14.75. 14.73. 14.77. 14.79. 14.04
Shoulder width:----------24.70. 24.66. 24.50. 24.80. 23.70
All of these have been built from the same Cura file over the last 18 months, the two Aromatic coffee parts were built one after the other on the same day and one was then heat treated to there recomendations.
There is a slight difference between the materials which could be to individual material shrinkage characteristics, but the difference between the two aromatic coffee samples can only be due to the post printing heat treatment process.
Hope that is of help or interest to you.
