Anycubic Mega X Irregular Temperature Problem

Good evening,
Hoping someone can help, My Anycubic Mega X recently would fail during all my prints. Working with customer service they thought it was the mother board. Replaced that and it did fix some issues I was having but now my extruder temperature will read -14 degrees and will not heat up at all. I have flashed both the original firmware and then tried Knurtwurst (sp) with no change. I have tried multiple extruders and also replaced the little board in the extruder assembly but no luck. Not sure where to go from here, any ideas?

It sounds like a broken wire with the thermosistor wire. You could check with a multimeter

Read this and even though knew the answer it never entered my mind.
I really need to start playing with my 3D Printers before forgetting every thing I learned...

Thank you for the help, unfortunately that wasn't the issue. The thermistor tests out per the video and I even tried a new one just to be on the safe side. Any other ideas? Again, I appreciate the help.
