I'm in the process of planning a custom Micro ATX PC build for my brother, and I want to make it pretty cursed.
I'm trying to see if I can make the PC Case look like Kirby with human feet...
He has a small 3D printed one .
I drew up a crude example of what I'm looking at doing, it doesn't have to be that exact layout.
(The back where the I/O is would be flattened inward)
I'm running into is a few questions...
1. No one can print this in one piece. Understandable... it's relatively big. I can probably downscale it a bit by going to Mini-ITX, but not by a lot.
2. Will a 3D printed case like this be strong enough to hold the PC components especially if the case is printed in multiple parts?
3. Will it be able to stand up to the heat created by the PC?
4. If 3D printing isn't an option.... what is?
Any advice on this would be very much appreciated.

You'll want to consider a material that can handle the heat the computer case will generate.
PLA goes soft at 60C PETG fares better but this might be a job for ABS
If you can break the model down into sections, it would be more manageable for sure. Many people create large builds and print them in many small sections. The post processing can be daunting - sanding, filling, glue, sand, prime, paint...but it can be done.
However that might prove more work than you wish to invest.
