Help, Photon Mono X Errors

When trying to print with my new Photon mono X 4k I am encountering an issue where the file will not open off of the USB. The Printer says "Failed to open file!" I cannot figure out if it is formatted incorrectly. I attempted to update the firmware to resolve the issue however I could not locate the proper files on the Anycubics website. I have also attached a screenshot of my machine settings and file format. I'm trying to do my first SLA test print so any help would be very much apreciated.

I dug around for an answer, only thing i saw was upgrading the firmware might fix it

Yeah, that was my conclusion too but I haven't been able to find the updated firmware. I sent Anycubic a message about it however and I will see what their response is.
