cant scale to bed size

hi all
yes im new and i have an issue i cant seem to get past
when i slice a project in Cura im only allowed to build a size of 65.9 x 66.3 x 67.8 but my build plate size is 214.x186.x160.
anything larger and Cura tells me its larger than build plate size
can someone please tell me whats wrong?
im using a Bibo with dual extruders and using Cura 4.13.1
