Well the same issue as Cura, some parts of the support get that plucked/pulled upward tendency and get run over the next time the print head comes around
So...no changes to his basic profile. Made a material profile for nGen. Essentially no fan, bed temp 80 and extruder 236C

Well that failed. On the outside spots I've never had issues before

You need more horizontal expansion for that. Before wasting material try to check the gcode preview. That will show if the first part to print has enough support surrounding it.
Also on advanced, you might want to check the support underspeed so the supports print slightly slower.

Thanks for looking at it...it's a hard part to print (which is why some people have opted to wait for the designer to finalize his injection molded version). I think that factory file will show the nGen filament, 50% infill, 6 top/bottom/walls, etc.

Changes...
a) Your object rotation wasn't symmetrical (that's why rotation by numbers is so important) b) There's no need for raft, slow and many filament wasted. Made you a fake raft of 0.22 height, should be 2 layers more than enough for sturdy grip if that's an issue. c) Edited supports manually to add 2mm resolution supports to the thin parts. Edit supports is your friend, learn to use it. For example use 'generated supports' then remove the ones you know that will print right. Play with it, is a very interesting tool.
d) Changed angle of supports to 45, should allow for faster and sturdier support print. You can change the angle of the support as you want to adjust it to your print. And more stuff. Retraction distance 0.50mm is nice for 1.75mm filament with bondtech, with a um2/um2+ is just imposible unless you have a bondtech ofc. Change to 1.50mm and to be safe I would do 2.50mm, so try to change the option to 2.50 if your extruder can't with it.
Also, two process. Bottom at 0.12mm resolution, so the very thin pillars start to print better, then at 3mm height changed back to 0.2 to keep the speed.
First process has more density on supports than the second since the critical parts is the bottom. The fakeraft should allow for the supports to print nice. Also removed combing move from your profile to avoid head hitting on the supports or fast movements doing weird stuff. Reactivate if you fell like drip increases.

It seems the manual rotation from E3D doesn't show the angles you rotate by...

Okay
It's underway. I washed the buildplate and did that diluted wood blue gr5 mentions, which looks really good I found these small plasti bottles with a squirt spout 1 ounce of Elmer's wood glue, 9 ounces of water. Shake like crazy then brush onto clean glass. Super smooth! No bumpy spots like you get trying to use gluestick
(Maybe this will bring good luck!)
