Octoprint on the Creality CR-10

Quick tips...
Baud Rate is 115200
Serial Port has to be set to USB (/dev/tty/USB0), Auto will not work.
I had troubles with two old USB cables I had around. Neither would work, a third one I dug up did. So this print is fussy with cables!
