It flashed successfully. I'll have to try a test print tomorrow, it's almost 2am here
Thank you so much for your help!

The Green Proximity sensor can be installed without without any software changes plugs right into the Z-Axis ends top connector.

Re: Hictop 3DP-08: Firmware not working properly
I ordered another y carriage bearing to add to the right side (there's two bearings on the left guide ride, one on the right) because whenever I level the bed I have to crank down the right rear while the front right is loose as hell. This twists the carriage below and causes a ton of grinding and resistance on the right side bearing. Adding a second bearing to the right side and spacing them out like the opposite side should eliminate this. I've read of other people doing the same thing to fix this exactly problem with good results.

Re: Hictop 3DP-08: Firmware not working properly
I too Have done this using only the 4 holes that were for the original bearing,
The test went so well have never drilled 4 holes for the bearings, the next time I have the Bed plate apart and think about it!!
Maybe I should drill the 4 holes.

So you added a second bearing and just used two screws for each?

Re: Hictop 3DP-08: Firmware not working properly
That is correct,
I installed the Bearing to see if it would correct the wobble and help support the right hand side of Bed.
It worked so well keep forgetting to Drill the holes every time I have one disassembled. I even replace all the LM12UU bearings and still forgot.
This is only part of it, I have two 3D Printers a 3DP11 and a 3DP12. And both only have 4 Screws for the both right hand bearings.
Will try to remember the Next time I have it apart to Drill the bearing mount holes and mount button head bolts.
The first 3D Printer 3DP11 12volt is called Red the Second 3DP12 24volt is Called Blue.
Meet the Twins
They Have BuildTak surfaces, Auto Level Proximity sensors, Filament run-out sensors, LCD Cover, Controller Covers with Fans, Heat sinks on all drivers, Power supply case cover, Computer Power Cord socket, Power Supply Switch with a Led Dimmer for interior LED dimming and T slot covers to match their names.
