Was looking at the changes in Marlin 1.1.7 and found that I can Print a G26 Mesh Validation with Bi-Linear bed leveling enabled.
Marlin 1.1.7 - G26_MESH_VALIDATION and HAS_MESH (AUTO_BED_LEVELING_UBL, MESH_BED_LEVELING, or AUTO_BED_LEVELING_BILINEAR).
Too print a G26 mesh validation pattern and see how well the mesh represents the topography of the bed.
Now I am thinking that this should be a really easy upgrade from marlin 1.1.5. no side effects from a simple flash.
Other than normal confusion over the locations data is saved to the EEPROM requiring reloading Firmware defaults and Saving to EEPROM.
M502: Factory Reset - Marlin Firmware
M500: Save Settings - Marlin Firmware
While I am updating Firmware is there other features that may come in handy,
Any Suggestions.

Re: Marlin 1.1.7
Today I dove into Marlin 1.1.7. appears to function (meaning it prints ok)
However symbols on the display keep changing and are strange.
The degrees symbol changes into the top half of the "H" Heat-bed symbol
The Flow Rate has 4 different symbols including one that looks looks a (circle with a line pointed to 1)

Re: Marlin 1.1.7
I noticed on Marlin 1.1.7 the After the Z-Height there is a blinking cursor, this may be the problem.
You can see the cursor in the above picture with the Red LCD Controller case.
Finally flashed to Marlin 1.1.9, the display works correctly again finally.
