Hi all
I need to 3D print a peg, it will act like pliers, see image. It needs to flex so the tips can close.
What material that is easily obtainable should I use, I don't think PLA will be good enough as it needs to flex without cracking.
With an opening of 5mm.

Thanks all

Well it's not as rigid but have you checked out Cheetah?

Thanks Paul.
I think this may be a bit soft for my requirements at 95A but I'll investigate it a bit more.

I decided to print the part in PLA just to get a feel for the size etc.
I found it flexed a lot better than I thought it would. In fact it's perfect for the job I have in mind for it.
It can flex quite a bit without a problem.
Thanks for the advice on the filament. I'll keep it mind for the future.

Sounds like success!
I know there are some PLA's of varying strength. The ColorFabb I use is a PLA/PHA combination, which might make it a bit stronger.

I use Sunlu PLA +. I don't know what the + means. I did up the temp of the hot end 10°C just to be sure.
