Vaping

Hi, gang!

Having behind shoulders experience of smoking cigarettes is equal to 16 years (which means almost half my life), I now look to this newfangled vaping. Is there really a serious and unbiased studies on the dangers of vaping? Is there someone on the forum who currently uses such a device? Is it worth to try? I tried to quit using patches, gateley gum, Allen Carr books, not counting the countless attempts to tie once and "on the decline". All attempts failed. If there are ex-smokers with successful experience of quitting cigarettes, it would be interesting to learn about their experiences.

Don't do it

One friend had really good look with counseling and Chantix Like all meds, it has a fair amount of side effects

Thankfully I never smoked, asides a cigar here and there while camping .... it helped fend off the bugs!

My brother was born with very premature lungs. He had to rushed via police cruiser and nurse to an intensive care unit 100 miles away. He's had asthma all his life. What's he done? Took up smoking in his 20s. He still smokes at 43. We've tried to encourage him to quit but he insists he will when he is ready

The problem is our genetics. Our family history is very poor if you smoke grossly accelerating atherosclerosis (hardening of the arteries). My aunt died at 54 and was a smoker, not active and overweight. She went in for chest pain and died the next day. My grandfather died of it in his low 60s.

I really hope you can find some resources that help for you. I'm sure you know all the risks. It's a hard habit to break, especially when you learn how the nicotine affects the brain.

I bought a e-cigarette. liquid without nicotine from day one. First impressions: it works! Despite the lack of nicotine, the body does not panic. There is no feeling of hunger as giving up cigarettes. On the 4th day, again began to smell in addition to the brightest. The conversations with the doctors, stage cast, this method can take up to 60 days. During this time the body is guaranteed to wean from nicotine. Fingers crossed. The progress i will periodically write here, if it can help someone.

I loved to sit in a chair and smoke a cigarette, but my girlfriend was unhappy with the fact that I was smoking that I had to replace smoking with a vape. This is a pity, but I got used to ut.
