Sorry, but THREE canisters of hairspray? Into a 3D printer that operates near a stack of flash paper? If this is really true, then he deserved it... a future Darwin Award nominee :-?

Never put hairspray on a hot bed, if you can't place your hand on the surface it's hot!
There is one thing you can say about us oldies, it's that we have common sense!

If this darwin award winning kid would have used 3 cans of hairspray in the bathroom with a hot air blower to style his hair next to flash paper, the result would have been the same. It's ridiculous that THE PRINTER caused the spark. Anything could have.
Having said that, I'm against hairspray, because it simply isn't needed when using a heated bed and glue :P

I prefer the hairspray, a cleaner and smoother bottom surface,
But it's personal preference
