Accuracy is +- 2.5
cm. So - not useful as a limit switch at all (also the price...
).
Optical limit switches are not ideal anyways because they are vulnerable to dirt and dust, and sometimes also stray light. If you need something better than a regular mechanical limit switch, I would recommend a hall-effect sensor. They are very accurate and don't suffer from the negative points of optical sensors. And usually optical and hall effect sensors are very similar in price.

Oh wow....that's ok for a wandering droid, not so good for bed leveling
