Hi I am Susie, Izzys better half
Today I finally assembled and printed my first 3D print using a Wanhao duplicator i3 plus, which we won in the novembers competition by Filaments directory. It arrived 2 days before Christmas and I have spent the past 2 days un boxing and assembling, setting up and finally printing my first ever test print. It took so long because we are also new to producing videos for a blog.
My journey into 3D printing as a beginner is now putting down its first layer :-D
I hope to get to know you guys as I gain experience.

Costa Blanca, Spain (Born in England).
On a steep learning curve with 3D printing.
Folger FT5, it arrived about a years ago, spent 3 months building it, with 2 months gap in the middle for summer.
Using printer to build prototypes, thing for the house and fun stuff.
Thinking about a second printer.

I landed in Eastern Montana, on the windswept prairie! My county is larger than the State of Rhode Island in square mileage, it has less than one person per square mile and has a ton of Federal BLM/State of Montana public land!

Hi Guys,

My name is Nick. I have 11 CR10 printers and learning to design now. It’s been a gradual progression for me. I started at the newbie level messing up every print to at least now able to troubleshoot most issues with hat come up. I want to learn from the community and keep my education going on both the design and printing side. That why I am here. Hope to meet everyone in the forums.
