Well....I suspect I am printing too fast, so the part isn't cooling enough.
So, lowering from 60 to 50 mm/s
And lowering the PLA temp from 200 to 195
Boy, temps for PLA are quite different from 2.85 to 1.75 it seems?

Heh, yes they are.
You might want to do a temp calibration block, changing the temp every 10mm. There are several test objects on thingiverse for this. I found even switching between the different spools that I have there can be a 10 degree variance.

Small parts really make this an issue. Some medium sized prints were no issue. Still tuning!
