"Better" in this case means the design has improved enough to make a mold for mass production, thus saving costs. Better for the revenue stream.

It was a more precision part the walls were just too thin.
If you remember my last 3D Printed X-Axis Z-lead-screw braces, I could only put 2 of the 4 screws with out binging the lead-screw.

And they were on opposite sides form each other.

Hopefully these next X-Axis Z-Lead-screw braces will print better with 2 years of 3D Printing behind my knowledge.

Printed a part on 1St 3D Printer today with a lower V-Ref as suggested by a 3rd party.

I noticed that at every Junction where there are changes to the interior structure there is a line in the skin surface.
Now this is not a ridge just a different shade line.

I tell you what speckled table top sure doe not do the photo any justice.
Not a bad print, Looking closely need to return the feed rate to the lower value of {150, 150, 5, 25} the corners are looking a little jagged .
Or add one of the new functions in Marlin 2.0.x
