Rumbling over prints when print head moves to do next layer

How to I fix this in S3D?
I am printing one of those Raptor Enable prosthetic forearm/hands and lots of pieces. The print head is rumbling across the parts whenever it moves to do another layer
Would that be the "Avoid crossing outline..." option under Advanced?
