I remember having a lot of the O'Reilly books back when I was working at an Internet Service Provider. Very good documentation
I have a subscription to Lynda.com and the offerings for 3D printing and slicers is pretty bare.
As much as I would like to learn Simplify3d in a formal setting, I'm not crazy about subscribing to another site ($39 a month on Safari)
