It's an HP s5220F, older small format desktop machine. It's running the built-in Intel GMA 3100 graphics. 4GB memory, dual core processor.
It's slow, but not so slow as 3d printing.

That chipset only supports OpenGL 1.4 from the looks of it. So I guess that rules out a lot of "modern" software, sadly.

Interesting. I know I had inquired about the graphic requirements of Cura a while back. I was wondering if GPU power was a big factor in how the program worked (pauses, slicing, etc)
