Well I am trying to dial this stuff in to print a bit nicer on my Ultimaker 2+

The instructions indicate it wants hotter...I printed at 210 and I probably should do 220.

It's the top of the print that makes me think hotter would not be ideal tho?

I think it's OK. The side walls are good, the leftovers at the top can be wiped off with a finger.
Do you like the quality of this stuff?

It's a small roll and we really want to make a Groot with it

I'm going to try a cooler temp, maybe 200 or even as low as 195

I am guessing that each manufacture uses different material to get the wood effect.
I use Sunlu and it prints with the same settings as PLA and give excellent results, I did a Groot as well.
Yours seems a bit more "wood" than plastic colored wood, if you know what I mean.

We got a good result...a few stringies here and there but perfect for a wooden Groot
