Yea there are problrms with antispam update. Use the yop 'reply to topic' button of the post to get an almost 90% working system.

The whole forum software seems broken lately as well...page navigation in sub-forums is totally broken so you can only, reliably, view the first page of posts.

Yeah, it's always been slow for me to navigate around but lately, it's really awful.

I like reading the forum, but it's dreadfully slow moving around.

Yeah, slow is just the tip of the iceberg. Now it is both slow and non-functional :-(

I wonder, do they test their updates?
Because if they do they'd better hire me(or any of us) instead of the current testers :O

I've wondered that and didn't dare add fuel to the fire by asking :)

It seems like the are continuing to put out fires but making new ones. (But that's software, right?)

I really like reading the forum there but it is so slow. I also dislike the advertisements on the borders...and the menu bar just has too much on there. I think Stories and Cases could be tucked away elsewhere. Waiting for the animated printer on the homepage to load is a hassle. I think a slideshow of photos would load better (ala Wordpress)

And....do we really need a notification that says "0"?

I would like the notification menu to display past notifications, tho....sometimes I want to go back to a previous thread I was following without going through each forum section (load....load....load....)

I have asked that multiple times during the redesign. Never got an answer

NO KILL THE 0 :P Apparently it's considered a bug.

And I 2nd those past notifications! Post that please :D (by quoting and then removing the quote, thats how you get arround the 500s)

It's taking them quite long to fix it.
I never understood if they test this kind of stuff
And why it is not reverted from a backup when an error like this arises.

If they would have a culture of admitting that they went the wrong way - or a backup - we wouldn't have this forum :-D

Well It's frustrating that for over a year, the usability of that forum application hasn't improved much.

I think if it was faster/quicker to load and not so slow, you would see a lot more conversation and posts

It is strange Paul, I never really thought the UMforum to be that slow. Just a bit slower than before, but manageable. I do however still see things I mentioned during the testing phase still being annoying.

If you compare browsing in another forum to the Ultimaker forum, their forum is a PITA to use :(
