I have had very good service from our friend at Printed Solid for filament and supplies over the past year or so. Upon visiting his site recently, I see he is selling Ultimaker printers now! He happened to have the hard-to-find Ultimaker 2 Extruder Upgrade kit which I recently purchased. He's very responsive to emails. I emailed to ask if he REALLY had those in stock and he replied within minutes.
I am a huge fan of good customer service, so I wanted to share my good experience!!
Meanwhile, for whatever reason, both times I have reached out to fbrc8 for questions, I never get a response.
Perhaps others have had better luck. I know they are Ultimaker's "official" USA site and they were pretty good when I put in a support request when my heated bed upgrade didn't work.
