Just one think. Would the hotend be able to rotate on a linear bearing? If you get a lm6luu bearing with a shaft and try to rotating it, it gives friction. It might affect the system? Just thinking out loud.

Maybe with a shorter linear bearing you could fit the bowden just on the middle so the print area remains almost the same. I say this because it seems 19mm long vs the standard 35mm. I wonder if a shorter one affects vibrations.

you're going to say I have all the answers

In addition to the 19mm linear/rot. bearing of the slider Y , this one is completely integral with the slider X in rotation through 2 flanged bearings

Thanks ! you are so kind
I would not want to make false modesty, I only operate all my experience gained during 30 years in the mechanical.

Can I leave my problematic Ultimaker Original in your shop and pick it up once you've converted it to something genius? :D

Hi to all
I continue my PBI experiences
Today I test for the first time the ABS extrusion with the PBI print head
Benchy served as an example, it was printed with a EasyFil ABS from Form Futura at 252°print temp
ABS material settings of the printer
0.4mm nozzle, 0.1 layers, 50mm/s print speed, 0.8mm wall/top/bottom, 20% infill, 90° bed temp, 3mm retract distance, 10mm brim....
The ABS extrusion is OK, no any problem or friction issue, I had to stop the print 3 times when starting because of the bed adhesion issue, so after solve it, the test went pretty well with a small warping issue, I still lacks printing experience with ABS, to be honest I hate this material !

Image
2 horizontal lines seen on the pics
the first at few mm. upper the bed it's due to a manualy varation print temp setting from 260° to 252°
the second higherit's due to a suddenly small warping on the bed
