Yeah, when I go to .8mm I increase the temperature by quite a lot too. Like 20-25 degrees.

I heard good things about the materials at the Ultimaker Session, but can't recall which should be better suited for heat. I guess UMforums could help you.
Haven't found the time/model to test the new material samples out myself yet though.

Hm, I know shipping is expensive across the pond, but from Europe on it should be quite cheap. Are these the final ones that have better heat conductance, or the same like the beta one that is currently in my printer :P I doubt I'll need another anytime soon, but it might be nice to have a spare one...
