Can you move the bed in the Y axis by hand smoothly and not binding anywhere. Then I would recheck all the cables are connected securely.

I need to update my setting from Cura 15.04.6 into Cura 3.1.0 for the Cura 3.1.0 to OctoPrint G-Code transfer. I would check your settings between Cura versions. Found what I it was looking for was missing a line. Was not Enabling the Bilinear bed leveling data. M420 S1 ; Bed Leveling On

For some reason the nozzle height it going awry, could be because have a negative nozzle height. I find that printing on the HicTech bed surface is diffidently not as easy as printing on the Vinyl Transfer Paper Surface. I would think that the lead screw axis coupler is causing this warble. I had too wrap a single layer of electricians tape around the bottom of my lead screw too keep it in the center of the coupler to eliminate this wobble. Though my warble was not this extreme.
