Re: Cura Type A
I think their material profiles only change 3-4 settings. Looks like a lot, but isn't really. Lulzbot also has a fuckton of profiles. I've sent this to our engine guy, so he can have a look how easy it is to back port the 3d infill into our Cura. I haven't tried the new Cura...I've opted to play it...

Re: E3D V6 heater cartridge on UMO
I hope your heated bed upgrade kit is of better quality than mine was. I don't know why but unlike my UMO kit, where everything was bagged and labeled nicely, I got a mess of parts. Since metric isn't native to me, having the individual screws packaged by height was nice. Instead, my kit had random ...

Re: Cura Type A
Wow, that's impressive
Well if the software makers won't make the changes many want, it's impressive someone else did!
Material profiles...I was just asking about this!
Looking forward to feedback from our resident Ultimaker staffer

Re: PM Notifications...
Looks like this happened again....when we did the upgrade a few weeks ago, it replaced the edited code.
I've made the edits again (removing the word 'private' from the scripted email that goes out) so it isn't eliminated as spam

Re: A Tea between friends :-) How was Your Day
One of my friends lives on the Isle of Man in the UK where they have that amazing motorcycle race. He says the accidents are horrific and this year, he and his family are retreating to Iceland for a vacation during the race

Re: A Tea between friends :-) How was Your Day
My goodness, I put that motorcycle for sale on CraigsList and it has been non-stop high school kids messaging for it. Many do not even have a motorcycle license or permit. I explain that this is not a beginner's motorcycle but they, of course, feel they can handle it. Maybe I am being too protective...

Ultimaker parts in USA
For our friends here in the United States... I have had very good service from our friend at Printed Solid for filament and supplies over the past year or so. Upon visiting his site recently, I see he is selling Ultimaker printers now! He happened to have the hard-to-find Ultimaker 2 Extruder Upgrad...

Re: Weird printing errors
Any video of this happening? How far into the print does it occur? Does it happen consistently at a specific point in a print? Or random?
