Re: Printing Nylon

The Hot-end supplied for Hictop 3D Printers with PTFE / Teflon throat coating has a temperature limit. Though some filament brands allow printing at temperatures as low as 220 ºC due to their chemical composition. this would allow 3D Printing. I have 3D Printed ABS at 232C though it breaks down over...

Controller to LCD cabling routed over stepper motor drivers. 4. Power supply voltage adjusted above t...

Re: Creality 5 Pro make noise and failed to home

I do not have a BIN file.

Though someone here should have.

By what you have posted the only problem you are experiencing is the extruder turning in reverse direction.

Re: Creality 5 Pro make noise and failed to home

This happened to my 3D Printer. Now there are two ways for me to correct this error. Changing the firmware or changing the hardware. As I was not familiar with the firmware I choose the hardware method. I reversed the wires in the Connector to change the stepper motor direction. Later proved this wa...

Re: Repair or replace clogged nozzle?

I have my Bed leveling wingnuts down a little more than half way through there travel. Not to tight and not so loose that the nuts fall off when in use. An I want to tell you they still fall off from time to time. Maybe I should get something that will make it harder for the wingnut to turn, though ...

Re: Creality 5 Pro make noise and failed to home

I believe there is a Initialize In the Menus. or maybe there is a Failsafe In the Menus. another is by connecting program that allow communication with the controller. then send a M502 Restore firmware defaults followed by M500 save settings See Below. M502 reverts to the default "factory settings"....
