Re: A Tea between friends :-) How was Your Day

Ha! jonnybischof !! You wait until you are older and you'll appreciate it when a younger woman picks you! It's only a 20 year age gap :) But we have a lot of fun together and have known each other a long time before dating. GrueMaster that's awful. I don't recall the line of work you are in but I kn...

Re: A Tea between friends :-) How was Your Day

Just received a CR-10S from PrintedSolid, they have a good sale going on and they thoroughly test out each one....they even replaced the faulty capacitor which is a recent discovery that's plagued many. And according to Banggood my Tevo Torn...

Do you have a sheet of cork under your heated bed? Are you using a MOSFET?

I think you have coasting enabled. It's under the experimental features tab.
I usually have it on (coasting)...I'm curious how that would generate artifacts?

Re: Cura 3.2 is now out

I've been teaching my girlfriend how to use the Ultimaker 2+ and she did a print last night, in Cura 3.2 that came out very good. One thing I noticed when checking over her settings was that z-hop was not checked off. I've found that this is almost required with my printer since the nozzle rubs on t...

Re: Cura 3.2 is now out

I let it uninstall previous versions and just put 3.2 in. No special tricks needed Sadly the print failed, Cura's supports strike again. The supports were knocked off during the print, causing failure. On a PEI sheet. So, I'll have to give it another go on S3D. I run into this problem quite often.
