Re: Cocoon Create Profile for Cura V4

That would be a good question for the Ultimaker/Cura support forum
I don't think @nallath patrols the forum as much as he used to

Did you get an error message? They'd probably like to see that

Re: Bought a used Hictop 3DP17 from a local chap...

That's a really great video. I had a KFL8 part in my FT-6 kit not work properly, it is suppose to flex around a bit to grip the threaded rod, but it was stuck. As a result, upon testing the bed/lead screw/chrome rods, I got binding at the bottom. After a lot of debugging, removed the KFL8 and douse ...

Re: Here I go again...the FT-6 is here

Hi Paul, any idea why I have to wait over 7 mins to see your video? When I did get to see it you seem to be having fun. It's the recording of the live stream...I start and give a 10 minute warning so people can join in. Just fast forward! Here's the playlist https://www.youtube.com/playlist?list=PL...

Re: Here I go again...the FT-6 is here

Boxes are the ultimate cat trap!

I need to do a few things to the i3 Mega and clear off the work space so the FT-6 will fit....I also need to relocate my laptop and camera!

Re: I wrote a bloat-free STL viewer

Anything that makes it simple for the end user is ideal. And mimic other program installs they have done. If they have to do registry or command line things to make it work, I may just pass. I just don't want to do a video that causes a zillion comments asking how/why it won't work for them.

Re: Tips on Post Processing

It's a lot like soldering and shrink tubing. A heat gun shrinks it up nicely. An open flame scorches it and you're left with brown/black heat shrink :)
