I've gone ahead and changed it again (the question asked is different) The CAPCTHA stuff always fails as soon as implemented. The default email for forums is pounded in spam daily. ...

Micro Swiss Upgrade completed!

What started as "let's do a quick print" turned into a full upgrade! I had been printing with PETG with good results. I had noticed the last print wasn't looking very good...under extruded. I suspected a partial clog. So I heated up the nozzle to 250, cooled to 200 and tugged the filament out (my se...

Re: Temperature problems?

That's some serious underextrusion going on.
Which version of Cura? Download the latest

While made with the Ultimaker 3D printers in mind, this is still a useful resource

Re: Geeetech A10 3D Printer

Well Geeetech's initial enthusiastic response to repair the printer has suddenly gone silent...so much for customer service

Re: Geeetech A10 3D Printer

Well...problems galore... 1) Bulge showing in one section of print, seems to indicate something is up with the z screw 2) Controller knob sucks. Dozens of turns to move through the menu items one by one. I'll have to remove the knob and see if that's any better. 3) Back cover for one of the rails ca...

Added a new section...

With so many printers and clones of them, I added under RepRap Printers "Other 3D Printers" Due to my lack of creativity and coffee at the moment, I couldn't really figure out a good way to place a section for all the sub $500 and $200 printers out there!
