Start small. Let's figure out the material. Is it PLA? PETG? Or?
Blobby material can be a few things. Moisture in the filament can cause this.
Chiron can be a frustrating machine, i have one and the stock hotends just jam up constantly.

Yes, temp tower and slicer flow settings can help a lot.

That's interesting it is doing that on the infill, as that the end of the layer? I'm curious if you step through the print preview and view the toolpath moves, where that infill is within the print

You'll want to consider a material that can handle the heat the computer case will generate. PLA goes soft at 60C PETG fares better but this might be a job for ABS If you can break the model down into sections, it would be more manageable for sure. Oh yeah, that'll do it
I know I do an auto pid on my hot end and bed. I also print via Octoprint so that gives me a good graph showing the temp accuracy during the print
