Lez, many thanks for your help. I've went for 'heavy' supports and it turned out beautifully! Even the doors and sides are beautifully straight compared to the previous attempt. And, as a bonus, it printed without a tilt which is a big time saver!

Hi Lez, thanks for observations. I've had instances where the sides are too thin but usually when I scale down. These doors are a fairly decent thickness. Have a look at the latest results with updated orientation and medium supports. It's pretty close but still no prize! The doors are in fact still...

When printing smaller scale car bodies I orientate them flat with no tilt whatsoever and generally get a good finish. I'll give that a try - if it fits!

Hi, I printed this in 2 halves to start and the sides that join were nowhere near straight. So I squeezed it in to one piece and produced this. It's printed on Elegoo Mars 3 and pretty happy with smaller scales but this (attached) is unusable. The supports seem to have given way and the side slumped...
