3D Printing Forum

Hi, I'm using prusa slicer for the first time and I had a print in progress. It was about 80% completed and the extruder suddenly came down to nearly bed height and crushed the part, moved around and then returned to the proper height and continued as normal. Any ideas on what would cause that? Thanks
