I actually taped a piece of paper to my z axis lead screw and it goes down on every layer after 2

Tronxy crux 1 can't get past the 3rd layer
First filament printer and it's really confusing me. Tronxy support hasn't been very helpful. I've tried re-leveling a few dozen times and different settings in Cura. But very basic stuff.
