They sent me Marlin Source however could never get it to work, had to get a working version here from Chip, Thanks Again Chip.
They replaced all broken parts under warranty with working replacements. Better than some local companies.

The only thing I can thing of that could cause this is if you accidentally changed the Filament diameter from 1.75 to 3.0mm (Have done this myself).
That will cause under-extrusion or even a clogged nozzle.
